'Was there ever an issue in White Rock where 'democracy and process' was ever neglected, could be questioned or were dismissed as 'fluff' this is the event? An event called "AGM which now by too many citizens already is seen as 'misconduct, misuse' and a 'faux pas' and debacle not worthy to be performed by any 'corporation' or association governed by the BC Society's Act'.. ?

Acting President at this meeting I was under the impression have asked the Supreme Court for their replaced people to be given back their mandates and positions [To Be Re-Instated] and that's what the Supreme Court case may be all about? The Supreme Court ultimately shall decide upon, later this year.

And in the interim one may assume and expect the BIA Board of 7th of July 2009, as officcially assigned rightfully should carry on as designated and until Supreme Court of BC has made its decision known.
