Interview with White Rock resident and professional trainer, coach and instructor Christine McBeth. We speak about the 'art and sport and competitive environment offered to those involving themselves in for instance figure skating or power skating.

Skating is good for the body and soul and keeps you in total balance; an exercise well worth to become involved in at any age.

Christine is a former National Pairs Champion and competed Internationally.

She is a CFSA Gold Medallist in Figures, Freeskate, Dance and Pairs.

Christine has coached Gold Medallists in Figures, Freeskate, Dance, Pairs, Skills and Interpretive.

She has also had student medal at Regionals, Provincials, Westerns and Nationals.

NCCP Level III Certified ( partial IV ) with 32 years coaching experience.

The Connaught Skating Club was founded in 1911 by Mrs. H.G. Ross and was under the patronage of His Royal Highness, the Duke of Connaught. The club is the second oldest skating Club in Canada and the oldest skating club in British Columbia, Canada.
