Further to the request of the CITY DESIGN PANEL July 14 to REMOVE the

angle of containment proposed in O.C.P. Council, with staff support, REFUSED

TO REMOVE this item 1.M. in D.P. 7. Therefore without any consultation with

property owners or any staff reports assessing the change in property values

or impacts, they propose on the September 8 council meeting to vote this

change through unless stopped. Therefore we the undersigned petition the

city council and staff to REMOVE this change to our property from the O.C.P.
